Concept

TGF-β is a key factor in signaling skin
regeneration and synthesis.

The skin follows two distinct instructions for synthesis and breakdown processes. When the breakdown signals (such as IL-1, IL-6, etc.) are issued, cells secrete enzymes to degrade extracellular matrix components like collagen, hyaluronic acid, elastin, and others. Conversely, upon receiving the synthesis signal TGF-β, dermal fibroblasts proliferate, initiating a substantial synthesis of extracellular matrix components.

Therefore, merely supplementing abundant beauty-enhancing ingredients may not suffice. Without crucial signaling cues, skin cells cannot achieve the desired effects.

TGF-β, Transforming growth factor beta: is a multifunctional protein that can influence various cellular functions including growth, differentiation, apoptosis, and immune regulation.

Testing the ability of
skin cells to secrete TGF-β

The experimental method for detecting the secretion of TGF-β by Hs68 human dermal fibroblasts typically involves the following steps:

In a 96-well culture plate, 200 μl of DMEM cell culture medium was added to each well.
The Hs68 dermal fibroblasts are seeded at a density of 1x104 cells per well in a 96-well culture plate.
After 24 hours, the test substance was added
Following an additional 24 hours, culture media were collected from different groups.
A commercially available TGF-β ELISA kit was employed to measure TGF-β concentration using the principle of antigen-antibody binding.

Before the start of the experiment,
the issue of postbiotic aggregation was addressed.

A technique known as "ProbioAid®" was employed to prevent and enhance the dispersion of prebiotics.

Many people believe that probiotics must be live to confer health benefits, but this is not necessarily the case. In recent years, there has been continuous research and scientific evidence demonstrating the health benefits and applications of heat-treated lactic acid bacteria (Heat treat LAB). Many products containing heat-treated bacteria have been introduced. To avoid confusion and the misconception that heat-treated bacteria are ineffective or considered 'dead,' the scientific community has coined a new term for them: "Postbiotics."

Postbiotics operate slightly differently from probiotics in producing health benefits. Postbiotics have a very small size, allowing them to directly enter the body through the intestinal mucosa. However, due to their small size, they are prone to clustering, significantly compromising their effectiveness. In order to address the issue of postbiotic aggregation, we have developed a technique over several years, and we are pleased to introduce "ProbioAid®" – a technology designed to make postbiotics resistant to aggregation and enhance their performance.

【ProbioAid®】
Postbiotics Enhancing skin regeneration by 75-130%

postbiotics can help improve skin regeneration, especially when processed with ProbioAid® anti-agglomeration and encapsulation technology, significantly enhancing its effectiveness.

ProbioAid® increases the skin regeneration capability more than 1-fold.

Different health ingredients possess varying degrees
of skin renewal and repair capabilities!

Treating dermal fibroblasts with the same concentration of health ingredients, postbiotics and hyaluronic acid demonstrate a stronger ability to promote TGF-β.

The patented enhanced postbiotics combined with health ingredients result in even stronger skin renewal power.

Lactobacillus plantarum (Postbiotics)+ Health ingredients
Lactobacillus longum (Postbiotics)+ Health ingredients

The TGF-β promotion ability generated by the patented postbiotics combined with health ingredients significantly exceeds the effects of using health ingredients alone.
